Senior EAM Consultant

The Global Maintenance Consulting Group is an International professional services practice, specialising in consulting to the resources industry. GMC currently operates in Australia, Canada, USA and Singapore and has many upcoming opportunities in other markets around the world.

We have multiple opportunities for Asset Management Professionals who possess excellent interpersonal, Business Process and Solution Delivery skills. As a Senior GMC Consultant you will be responsible for the development of applications supporting business initiatives in the Plant Maintenance Management and/or Materials Management area.

You will most likely have high level technical and functional knowledge within SAP or other ERP systems, and particularly the Plant Maintenance or Materials Management modules. Your knowledge will extend to:

preparation of detailed functional specifications
resolving complex implementation issues
a history of successful communication with Business Managers in a way that provides adequate insight into the project
an understanding of the process required to document and communicate back to Central Programme Office any disparities, request or changes that will affect the core design
strong Project Management skills and the ability to be an effective change agent, and
a proven history of delivering projects on time and on budget and supporting team members in their learning

A background in resources, and an understanding of the industry, is integral as the ability to sell your experience and knowledge to our clients is a must. You will be supported by the collective knowledge, skills and experience of our leadership team and consulting teams. Consultants are supported by a well-resourced support team: providing internal technical, accounting, marketing and human resource support.
